Expertise to Value-Engineer the Development from Concept to Completion.
From the initial stages of a development project to its finish, I take
responsibility for the day-to-day management and oversight of the
logistics and quality control measures. My passion is to bring true
value and protection to the surrounding communities, develop buildings
with lasting beauty and sustainability that serve the land's highest
function, and ensure that the investors behind the project hit their
mark. When I'm involved in the project from
concept to completion, whether we drew up initial ideas on the back of a napkin or dove
into blueprints - developers know that their interests are at the
forefront of my mind at every stage of the development and that the
product they expect will be delivered with the highest level of care
and attention to detail available in the industry.

Hi! I'm Misty Baker.
I was born and raised in San Antonio and I get so excited to see how much this city has grown over the years. I'm a proud mother of 9 children (7 boys and 2 girls). If you don't catch me at the job site or at my desk, you'll probably find me hanging out and playing games with my family or out watching football or basketball. If your name is Patrick Mahomes or Manu Ginobili you're my favorite player! I am truly passionate about the world of commercial development. I look back fondly on my experience in this business, the projects I've been apart of, the great people of this city that I've had the priviledge to work with, and all of the things I've learned so far. It's the relationships I've been so lucky to build over my time that I cherish the most.

Misty successfully navigated two of the most challenging years for construction to do a fantastic job on our hangar project. We started in the middle of a global pandemic, dealt with dramatic rises in steel and other construction materials and she was building 30 feet away from the taxiway at a very busy airport the whole time.
