ABOUT ME

Expertise to Value-Engineer the Development from Concept to Completion.

From the initial stages of a development project to its finish, I take responsibility for the day-to-day management and oversight of the logistics and quality control measures. My passion is to bring true value and protection to the surrounding communities, develop buildings with lasting beauty and sustainability that serve the land's highest function, and ensure that the investors behind the project hit their mark. When I'm involved in the project from concept to completion, whether we drew up initial ideas on the back of a napkin or dove into blueprints - developers know that their interests are at the forefront of my mind at every stage of the development and that the product they expect will be delivered with the highest level of care and attention to detail available in the industry.

Bio

I'm a proud mother of 9 beautiful children. They are my biggest source of joy and pain - the parents reading this will understand. I was born and raised here in San Antonio; a daughter to a civil servant and a homemaker. I love that San Antonio is a military town and I have the highest appreciation for our active military personnel and our veterans. And of course, Go Spurs Go!

I first started in construction by happenstance when a friend who owns a construction company called in a favor. It didn't take me long to fall head over heels in love with this business and the people in it. My favorite thing about working in this industry is sharing the field with some of San Antonio's best. The relationships I’ve built from working in this industry are what I cherish the most.

My focus is to make each day as fulfilling as possible by giving as much love and affection as I can muster to those around me. I mean to make Misty Contracting a long-standing successful construction and development company that builds up the community and leaves a lasting legacy for my family. If I had advice for anyone it would be to live a simplistic life surrounded by loving family and friends while creating memorable experiences.
